Scale's of Balance (Arrival of Abyss)

She slapped him across the back of his head and smiled.

Ah yes, you smile at the pain of others... scary"I grin with the statement.

"At the pain of the enemies." She smirked. "But, I bet you do, too."

"Nothing ignites a man's soul more than the thrill of bringing pain to one's foes,,so my case is understandable,"

"Mm, so the case is the same with me." Kurai smiled.

"Whatever you say scary person.."

She knocked him upside his head again. "Guard your tongue."

"you forgot to mention the rest of me as well." I rub my swollen head.

"Again, Guard your tongue." Kurai sighed.

"I don't think that's possible for me at this point."

"Why is that?" She raised an eyebrow at him.

"my tongue is as loose as your temper... that should give you a pretty good idea" I burst out laughing.

Kurai blinked and sighed. "And your jokes have yet to bring out a giggle."

" Stop lying, it worked before, you were laughing as helplessly as me, maybe even worse,"

"Hm?" Kurai looked over at Takeru again. "What do you mean?"

Okay... maybe that was an exaggeration but you damn sure giggled."

Kurai sighed and leaned against the wall of the cave. She shut her eyes and began to fall asleep. She was just so tired, she couldn't help but fall asleep.

"'sigh'..finally looks like I win.." I instantaneously collapse to floor and enter a sleep do deep that I didn't notice that I had landed headfirst onto jagged rock. puncturing my forehead, causing a slightly worriesome level of bleeding.

Within her dream, she was floating in darkness, completely surrounded. She could hear familiar voices, taunting and such. She opened her eyes, and found the world she was in was a dream world, the sky in a mixture of different shades of purple. She looked around, still hearing the kids taunting and teasing.
"Leave me alone...." She put her hands over her ears. "Leave me alone!"
She sat up completely and quickly, screaming the phrase, as the sun was already up in the sky.

I wake up startled "What!! what's wrong" blood trickles down my forehead"Oh f!@## not again." I clutch my forehead with my hand,

"O-oh! Are you alright?" Kurai went up to him.

yeah, I'm fine, this is more common than you think..anyways I'm more worried about you,"

"I'm fine, I'm fine....just a little nightmare." Kurai sighed.

"Little" nightmares don't usually end in screaming of random phrases but.. whatever you say.

"He's trying to scare me....." Kurai sighed again.
